- Initial enquiry. We take all details from a client, including the property type and the specifics of what work is required.
- First visit. This is carried out by a specialist, not a salesperson. We measure noise levels where required and tell you what options will give you the best results.
- Quotation and noise report. You get a full costing within 72 hours, which includes our analysis of your situation.
- Installation survey. This is when we take measurements accurate to the millimeter and assess the best installation process.
- Manufacture updates. While your windows are being constructed, we’ll keep you in touch with progress.
- Installation. We give two weeks’ notice of the date and, once on site, a single project manager runs the installation.
- Follow-up. A week after installation, we get in touch to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction.

The Client: Mr K, an architect.

Large Projects Case Study
The Client: The Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, located at the top end of Tottenham Court Road – one of the busiest locations in central London.
The Issue: The hotel received repeated complaints about the level of noise suffered by guests in rooms on the first floor. There were incessant problems with one room in particular, which was located immediately above a set of traffic lights.
The Solution: We completed a detailed noise survey, using the latest acoustic equipment to analyse the source of the noise and its impact on each room on that floor.
We took measurements accurate the millimeter, then used them to create bespoke windows using hardwood and noise reduction glass that made an aesthetic match with the hotel’s existing windows.
The Reaction: “The difference was unbelievable, absolutely amazing. When I first went into the room, it was the first time I could actually hear the air conditioning. Noise Reduction Case Study
The Client: Mr and Mrs B bought a Victorian house with character and original features. They were delighted with their home – but it was extremely close to Heathrow Airport.
The Issue: The couple found their peace disturbed by the regular take-offs and landings at one of the world’s busiest airports.
Every few minutes for large stretches of each day, from as early as 6am, they would be reminded of their proximity to Heathrow as yet another plane roared overhead.
